From the moment we arrive, every stage is handled with precision and respect for your home. Your chimney is swept thoroughly, your appliance is completely stripped down and inspected, and every moving part is cleaned, adjusted, and restored. The result? Your service includes:

• Full Professional Chimney Sweep – removing soot and obstructions for a clean, efficient draw.

• Complete Appliance Strip-Down – every removable part dismantled, inspected, and cleaned by hand.

• Seal Replacement (where required) – maintaining an airtight burn and safe operation.

• Lubrication of Moving Parts – ensuring smooth, easy function.

• Tightening of Glass Clips, Nuts & Bolts – preventing rattles and unwanted air leaks.

• Deep Internal Clean – wire-brushed and vacuumed for maximum performance.

• Grate & Ashpan Refurbishment – cleaned and prepared for even combustion.

• Internal Components Repainted* – a fresh, high-temperature finish that restores your stove’s appearance.

• Gentle Fire Brick Clean – preserving fragile internal materials while removing soot.

• Reassembly & Alignment – every component carefully refitted for precise operation.

• Exterior Finish Treatment (if required) – restoring that freshly installed look.

• Full Safety & Integrity Check – confirming your stove is safe, sealed, and ready to use.

• Hearth Area Cleaned & Tidied – leaving your space spotless and ready to enjoy.

Fire bricks are not included in the service price. Replacements are available from £15 each.
