The Embers Premium Sweep & Stove Service combines both jobs in one detailed appointment. The appliance is carefully stripped down, cleaned internally, checked and reassembled before the exterior and hearth are left presentable.

The £159 price applies to a standard single-sided stove connected to a lined chimney. A complete sweep and service for double-sided stoves, boat stoves, wet-back appliances, cookers and appliances connected to unlined chimneys starts from £179. This is deliberately more thorough than a quick sweep. Every stage is carried out carefully and explained honestly.

How long does the service take?

Usually between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on the appliance, access and how much maintenance it needs. Specialist appliances may require longer.

What starts from £179?

The £179 starting price is for a complete sweep and service on double-sided stoves, boat stoves, wet-back appliances, cookers and appliances connected to an unlined chimney. A sweep without the full service is £99.

What if I am unsure which price applies?

Send a clear photograph of the appliance on WhatsApp. We will identify the service type and confirm the price before arranging your appointment.

Are replacement parts included?

No. The service price covers the sweep, servicing labour and routine servicing materials. Any replacement parts will be discussed separately.

Do I need a full service every year?

The right frequency depends on use, fuel and the appliance. Many customers combine it with their annual sweep, particularly where the stove is used regularly.

Will there be any mess?

The area is carefully prepared and professional equipment is used to contain soot and dust. Your hearth is cleaned before completion.
